Warranty for MK01 & MK02 Refurbished Units
Friankor offers a limited warranty for its own refurbished wall printers — MK01 and MK02. The warranty term depends on the machine’s condition and usage hours, as determined during our inspection.
Warranty Term & Claims
- Warranty term: 3–6 months for MK01 and MK02 (exact term stated on your invoice).
- To make a claim, you must report the issue within the warranty period and provide clear photo or video evidence.
- Friankor engineers will diagnose the problem remotely. Approved defects will be repaired or parts replaced free of charge, with return freight covered by the buyer.
What's Covered
Core mechanical and electrical components necessary for normal operation, including:
- Motors and drive systems
- Machine chassis and custom aluminum frame
- Power box, circuit boards and control panel
- Transmission system (belts, pulleys, linear rails)
- Cable harnesses and electronic connectors
What's Not Covered
The following are not covered by warranty:
- Printheads (treated as consumable precision parts)
- Ink system consumables
- Damage caused by misuse or human error
- Unauthorized disassembly or modification
- Improper storage or transportation damage
Non-Transferable & Other Brands
- After-sales support and warranty are exclusive to the original buyer who purchased directly from Friankor or its authorized distributor.
- If the machine is resold or transferred, Friankor will not provide technical support, warranty or free service to the new owner.
- Other brands/models (such as TPP1000, TWF1000, TMP1000) are inspected before sale but are sold as-is, without Friankor warranty.

Yes. Every unit is inspected, cleaned, calibrated and test-printed by Friankor engineers. You can request a real test video and a condition report before confirming your order.
Used: pre-owned machines that are cleaned, checked and confirmed working.
Refurbished: units that have been professionally restored by Friankor, with parts replaced and calibration performed so they are close to “like-new” condition.
Most units use Epson-class industrial printheads (e.g. I1600/DX7 series).
Printheads are treated as consumable precision parts and are not covered by warranty.
We clean and test nozzles before shipment to make sure the printer can produce normal prints when it leaves our factory.

No. After-sales support and warranty are non-transferable and apply only to the original buyer who purchases directly from Friankor or its authorized distributor.
If you resell the machine to a third party, we are not obligated to provide support or warranty to the new owner.
